Leveraging this integration, all ‘tickets’ from ServiceNow synchronize to TeamForge and all entities and details associated with the tickets sync back into ServiceNow. As a result, developers gain insights into the latest requirements and customer requests within TeamForge while support engineers get visibility into the development progress of the tickets. With bi-directional synchronization, history is preserved in the integrated systems with full context.
